We are extremely grateful for the help we receive from our wonderful community and could not provide so many of the opportunities we offer if it were not for our fantastic volunteers.

How can you help?

​

There is always something to do, but not necessarily on a regular basis - more the one-off activities.  We would love to build on our list of volunteers to help us out with these tasks when needed.  There is no obligation to say yes at any one particular request, its more the understanding from our point of view that we can email you (as part of our volunteers group) when we need help and if you are available and willing to help at that one time, then this would be greatly appreciated.

 

No previous experience is needed, just the willingness to help and be part of our community.  Opportunities vary and may include:

• Helping with the maintenance and care of our beach courts at Pioneer (Centennial Park)

• Helping set up and/or help in the facilitation of one of our indoor or beach tournaments

• Helping a family member with their team on the court, or understand how you could help their team gain entry into a competition

• Help with the preparation of a BBQ during the summer months

• Help with the distribution of uniforms and the stock count of those units

• Help with social or competitive fixtures/events

• Help with our sports administration - from travel planning to maintaining equipment, there will be something that we need help with

• Event & Fundraising
